Wilba Capital, LLC is a private investments firm that seeks to identify, acquire, and operate an existing private company in the lower middle market. We are carrying out a nationwide search for a company with enterprise value between $3.0 million and $20.0 million.

Ayo has more than 12 years of professional experience spanning investment banking, investment management, internal control, compliance, business development, entrepreneurship, and consulting. He started his professional career with the Standard Bank Group as analyst in investment management and research, where he supported the active portfolio management of highly valued pension accounts and mutual funds. He later joined the investment banking group where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt solutions and capital raising for various industries including real estate, business services, healthcare, consumer services, manufacturing, and logistics. Most recently he was a consultant to Intelycare, the fastest growing company in Massachusetts as named by Inc 5000 in August 2020.
He was also a successful entrepreneur and resourceful consultant before pursuing the prestigious Babson College MBA in 2018 where he was a recipient of the Dean’s MBA Scholarship and Babson Affinity Scholarship; He took on leadership roles including the Babson Brand Platform Committee and Strategy Consultant for Financial Executive International, Boston Chapter. He was also a Consulting Manager to FMS Solutions Holdings to providing M&A strategies to the retail solutions business. He developed strategies and advised small and growing businesses in various sectors including media, technology, healthcare, logistics, real estate, financial services, and more. He has experience working in large complex multicultural and cross-regional organizations as well as small and medium businesses.
